Our Organic Eggs

Organic Hens in the pasture
Pete and Gerry's Organic Eggs are packed with essential vitamins, minerals and proteins. They come from hens fed only organic grain—free from antibiotics, medications, pesticides and herbicides.
Certified Organic
The feed has Certified Organic flaxseed containing high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are passed on to the eggs. Every Pete & Gerry’s Organic Egg has approximately 200mg of Omega-3 fatty acids that can help prevent heart disease, diabetes, obesity and even ease arthritis pain.

We get our eggs to you as fresh as possible. As soon as the eggs are gathered, they’re chilled to 45°. They’re shipped in refrigerated trucks the morning after they’re washed, graded and packaged, and they remain chilled until they reach your grocer's dairy case.

To learn more about the nutrition of our organic eggs and their positive health benefits, please visit our Nutrition and Your Health pages.

Processing our eggs

While the care and feeding of our hens is important for product quality, the way we process and package our eggs is just as important. We operate our processing plant under strict USDA guidelines and continually update our operations to ensure the quality and safety of our organic eggs.

We are very proud of egg processing plant. Please take a look!
