Monroe, NH – Business Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain

Overall Responsibility: As an integral member of the business intelligence team you will use data to inform supply chain related decisions across the company. Responsible for assembling business intelligence (BI), analyzing performance, identifying issues and opportunities, and developing recommendations that maximize profitability and operational effectiveness. Investigates operational and financial results and makes recommendations for improvements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs analysis of flock data
  • Manages flock forecasts
  • Performs logistical analysis
  • Develops KPIs
  • Creates queries, reports and tools
  • Obtain and perform analyses of supply chain data using analytical models and mathematical analysis
  • Use analysis results to improve supply chain processes, performance and to reduce costs
  • Present data and recommendations to positively influence strategic and tactical decisions
  • Initiate and lead improvement projects
  • Perform other duties and cross training as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Experience leading projects, and mentoring and motivating cross functional teams
  • Experience in data extraction from SQL and informal data sources; development experience in designing and delivering business intelligence solutions
  • High proficiency with Excel (proficiency with Access is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing cross functional teams in high data volume environments
  • In depth experience developing BI tools
  • Ability to communicate complex BI information to others at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of core supply chain processes together with knowledge of ERP systems
  • Demonstrate genuine passion and thoughtful approaches to creatively developing highly performing teams that build and analyze large complex data-sets in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent business partnering and follow-up skill
