Roberta Roberti of is our first food blogger. Mizchef  has recently completed the Chef Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts. She had an amazing time completing an internship at the James Beard House. She is also the author of the cookbook What, No Meat? Traditional Italian Cooking the Vegetarian Way. 

Roberta says “ is a place for recipes, tips, reviews, and other fun stuff about food. Food is sexy; therefore, I cook.”

Raspberry Coconut Tiramisu Crêpes:

“My entry is Raspberry-Coconut Tiramisu Crepes with blackberry sauce. There are 3 parts to the recipe: crepes, filling, and sauce. I made both plain crepes and buckwheat crepes and tried different plating and garnishing techniques. Makes 12 crepes.”
