Megan Warncke of Sarafina’s Kitchen has been blogging since 2005 as a way to share one of her many passions, cooking. Her blog was started as a way to share recipes with friends. She shares recipes that are easy to make and shares her inspirations in the kitchen.  Megan also shares the history of foods such as garlic and has a list of her “10×40” or ten things that she would like to learn how to make by the time she is 40. One of the items on her 10×40 list was crêpes so we are happy that we have helped to inspire Megan to make crêpes so she can cross that one off of her list!

Sharing Stories and Hospitality Through Food and Photography . . .

Megan of Sarafina’s Kitchen has entered her recipe for Mushroom and Chicken Crêpes into our Egg-streme Crêpe Challenge. The crêpes in this dish have an elevated flavor profile with the addition of  fresh thyme and sage to the mixture for the crêpe. The sauce     for the crêpes combines  shitake mushrooms, portabella mushrooms, and three cheeses along with other indgredients.
