We've teamed up with Driscoll's to bring you the perfect dessert: a delightful Berry Clafoutis. Imagine a warm, custardy base studded with juicy, sweet raspberries – elegant, comforting, and just like your closest gal pals. Made with organic free-range eggs and gorgeous Driscoll's berries, this clafoutis is perfectly paired! Individual portions make it easy to share with family and friends.
To whip up your clafoutis
- Preheat oven to 375° and place a large pie dish or shallow baking dish inside to preheat.
- Add eggs, egg yolks, milk, sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla to a blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Carefully remove hot baking dish from the oven and brush with melted butter.
- Pour a bit of blended batter into the hot dish and bake for 5 minutes to create a light crust.
- Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and arrange berries in an even layer.
- Gently pour remaining batter into dish around the fruit.
- Bake 30-40 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. Serve slightly warm, at room temp, or chilled with a pile of whipped cream.
