Eggnog Ingredients:
- 9 Pete & Gerry's eggs
- ¾ lb sugar (approx. 1.5 cups)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated nutmeg
- ½ gallon whole milk
- 16oz half-n-half
- 8oz brandy
- 8oz spiced rum
- 4oz bourbon
To Make the Eggnog:
- Crack eggs into a large bowl or stockpot. Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Continue mixing while you add all liquids.
- Serve in a frosted glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
- Store in fridge in airtight container for up to 5 days. Flavor enhances over time!
