Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spread biscuit pieces in an even layer into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle sausage over the biscuit layer, then top with shredded cheese.
- Crack eggs into a mixing bowl, whisk, then add milk and whisk until well incorporated.
- Pour the egg and milk mixture over the top of the casserole and gently shake the dish so that the mixture evenly coats the ingredients. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until the eggs are completely set.
- Carefully slice the casserole into squares and serve immediately.
