This light and lemony gin fizz packs some intense flavor thanks to two key ingredients: Meyer lemon and egg white.
Directions
- Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake well for 30 seconds.
- Strain out the ice, and shake for 30 seconds longer.
- Pour into a coupe glass. Top off with a splash of soda and garnish with a sage leaf.
