For special occasions that call for something a little fancier than a classic bacon, egg, and cheese on toasted bread, look no further than this recipe. Representing decadence in breakfast form, it's piled high on a baguette with buttery freshly cooked lobster meat, delicate slices of avocado, and a fried organic egg for good measure.

Directions

  1. Toast baguette or rolls.
  2. Spray medium saute pan with cooking spray. Fry egg according to desired doneness.
  3. Layer baguette with avocado, lobster meat and egg. Drizzle with melted butter. Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
